DigiComm worked with DAMAC Lagoons to create a unique, interactive 3D map of the whole development. This included a CGI timelapse of the development from ground breaking to handover. Each cluster in the development could be further accessed, and CGI tours of individual properties and lifestyle locations could be explored. For each property, floor plans and other relevant information was available to access. We worked with DAMAC continuously for 18 months on this project as development evolved.

We created internal and external CGI models of all the properties with the exact scale and finishing materials. Also, we then created an immersive 3mx3m room for DAMAC where they could visualize all their properties on 1:1 scale. They could visualize a 6m long room or a 2m long room in the same 3mx3m physical space on a 1:1 scale. We used innovative CGI techniques to achieve this.
